Gather together for the Autumn Equinox as we allow ourselves to transition into the Harvest season.You'll be guided through movement, Intention & journey through the elements as we move from the fiery summer element into the harvesting energies of Autumn.
Our TCM inspired yoga will move you from our Fire Element through the Earth element & into our Metal element. Gently giving us the nourishment required to shift from the Yang push of the summer into the gratitude of Autumn & ready to begin the transition towards a slower pace.
As we move into a yoga practice to connect into the seasonal changes you can expect nourishing poses, gentle flows, breath-work & meditation with TCM sprinkled in.
Following our practice, we'll settle in for a guided journal prompts to highlight our expansion of growth & recognise where we may need to begin letting go & celebrating our internal harvest.
We'll move into a supportive space to share & let go of anything that is no longer serving us followed by seasonal refreshments to connect.
This workshop is perfect to allow reflection as we tune into the seasonal shift of energy. Our pace will gradually move from Yang to Yin.
