About this Event
Join us as we explore the metamorphosis of woman, the transitional spaces we all touch. Together through the power of Breathwork, the harmonizing movements of Qigong and the divine guidance of the Akashic Records we will go on a journey of transformation and discovery. We will explore not only “the change” but all the transitional spaces we as women face. We will learn how to stay with ourselves so we can sense and know what’s true in us even when we don’t feel like ourselves.
After coming together in circle, Nia will set the energetic space, opening the Akashic Records to channel wisdom, guidance, love, and healing energy from our Guides and Angels. She will take us on a journey to our soul center where our truth exists so we can anchor ourselves there and adjust our internal guidance system. From there, Tamela will get us into our heart and womb space, supporting reconnection to our inner wisdom and emotional center. Leading us through a powerful breath set designed to support menopause transitions—helping to strengthen the pelvic floor, reactivate muscles, and improve posture. This is where you meet the changing rhythms of your body with grace, and reclaim your strength, and honor the truth of who you’re becoming. Sara will then transition us into a harmonizing Qigong practice to restore our energetic balance and empower us as we move forward on our journey. Finally we will end in a sharing circle and Q&A to alchemize, share wisdom., and ground.
