- Yin Yoga with Hanbi – Through long-held postures, Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues, encouraging relaxation while improving joint mobility and circulation. This practice enhances flexibility while supporting the nervous system’s natural ability to regulate stress.
- Sound Healing with Christina – Using crystal bowls, gongs, and other vibrational instruments, this immersive sound experience promotes nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and restores energetic harmony.
- Reiki with Chrissy – Hands-on energy healing supports emotional balance, encourages deep relaxation, and helps release blockages stored in the body.
- Chakra Activation & Intention Setting – We will focus on the Root and Heart Chakras, strengthening your sense of stability, security, and self-love.
