Join us for Speakeasy Sessions at The Trail Hotel: an intimate evening of original live music from local and regional artists, set within the timeless ambiance of our hidden speakeasy.Southern Indiana songwriter Dan Powers who cut his teeth playing drums in punk bands and fronting the local indie act Caspian in the early 2000s. Heavily influenced by songwriters like John K. Samson and David Bazan, there is a lyrics-first approach to his songs, set against a lush indie/Americana backdrop.
