Following a half-million pound, 18 month refurbishment we are delighted to open the doors to Phase One of our redevelopment of the former Norfolk Hotel, The Townhouse!The Townhouse has been fully-refitted to provide 12 outstanding quality office and commercial workspaces right in the heart of historic Sunniside, Sunderland City Centre.
This is your chance to have a neb at what we've been upto, meet our newest tenants and explore our remaining 6 available spaces at this remarkably historic building and birthplace of Sunderland AFC.
Doors open at 6pm and we will provide refreshments. We'll give a brief talk at 6.10pm, recalling some of the highs, the many challenges and some of the traumas we've faced in getting our most ambitious refit to date over the line, and then there will be time to explore the building.
We have remaining spaces at the Townhouse priced from just £245 per month, to £450 per month - if you're curious about our workspace offer, this is a great chance to come down, see some of the rooms for yourself, and find out more.
We'll be on hand to answer any questions from budding tenants about tenancies, and our lovely new tenants at the building will be offering demos and special offers on the night.
