THREE CLASSES. 7.5 HOURS. ONE BLOC FEST SHOW (!) $145.
In this three-workshop sequence you and your new ensemble will develop a form Allie is calling The Town. The town is a 20-minute long form based on a town that is known for something suggested by the audience. Perhaps it’s the town where Eggo waffles were invented, perhaps it hosts a prestigious dog show, perhaps everyone in this town has a mustache.
You and your crew will explore this town and the web of characters within it while following the fun, playing the game of the scene and adding just enough narrative to make it satisfying. Come experience the thrill of developing new work with Allie then debut this glorious form at Bloc Fest 2024!
This slot is one way individuals can participate in our extremely fun festival Bloc Fest, but if you have a pre-set group of pals you’d like to do this course with, get in touch.
This class is open to anyone who has completed Long Form 1 or higher, or who has equivalent long form experience (email us if you’re unsure!).
