On the surface, everything looks successful, strong performance, trusted leadership, consistent client results, but internally, the cost is becoming impossible to ignore.
And yet, the profession is facing some of its toughest challenges, and will most likely see more disruption and change in coming years, than ever.
Generational difference, the result of increased hybrid working, increased client demands, AI and technology, are all evolving the profession as we knew it - and what will be expected of those us leading people into the future.
