This event is hosted by Staffordshire Construction Training Group and the citb and is aimed at construction business owners, managers, support staff and frontline site operatives of citb registered employers.

This morning event promises to be a thought-provoking session which will hopefully lead you to go away and look at challenging your existing working methods with the aim of improving your productivity, your own people’s skillset and explore ways on how to make your business more resilient to changing economic and market conditions.

We shall be looking at three key areas where even small improvements will help make your business more profitable through operational efficiencies.

· Upskilling your workforce training and people investment by maximising your grant support funding through the citb's new Employer Network

· Building resilience through diversification in new business opportunities through Retrofit and the installation of modern technologies in housing.
