The Third Annual Manifestation, Meditation, and Movement Brunch

It's back! Join us for a transformative morning at the Manifestation, Meditation, and Movement Brunch! This in-person event will take place at the brand new Studio Contro, located upstairs at 623 Bergen, St. Brooklyn, NY 11238.

Think less "New Year, New Me" and more manifesting and creating the conditions for what we want and need for this year! Together, we’ll engage in a visualization mediation, a nourishing and accessible movement practice, and a collaborative manifestation discussion & guided journaling to set intentions and plant the seeds for what we're seeking. We'll take some of the pressure of having it all figured out all out January, and instead make a plan to "move with the seasons" to plant realistic yet audacious seeds to bloom in the year to come.

Lastly, we’ll wrap with a delicious and healthy brunch catered by Black Skillet Catering.

Yoga mats and small journals will be provided, but please bring anything else that you'd like to use in your manifestation session.

Programming starts at 10:00 am. Thanks in advanced for an on-time start! The event will wrap at 1:30pm.
