Since 2014, The Thesis has been the launchpad for Portland’s most exciting hip-hop and R&B talent. October’s edition leans into the singers, headlined by c1oo, an all-around artist with crazy pipes and a sound built for the spotlight.

Also on the bill: Rachel Wong, fresh off her Willamette Week Best New Band nod, and rising star Kylie Acoba, already a Portland Hip-Hop Week award winner. Plus more names to be announced.
