About this Event

Learn about the latest in evidence-informed education at the fourth annual Teaching & Learning Summit, a yearly conference for teachers and school leaders. Join us on 14th & 15th February 2025 in the stunning Jafar Hall at Eton College to discover useful research and its application in the classroom, and meet other evidence-engaged educators.



What to expect

Get ready for an educational conference like no other, with two days jam-packed with CPD, inspiration, research insights and more!

Kick things off on Friday 14th February with an exclusive evening with Seven Myths About Education author, Daisy Christodoulou.

Follow that up with a day full of talks on Saturday 15th February, hearing from some of the top experts in education – keep reading to discover our 2025 speakers.

If you join us on the Saturday, you'll also enjoy the unique opportunity to network with hundreds of like-minded educators during refreshment breaks and a delicious lunch, both included in your ticket. Plus, you'll take home a goodie bag packed with helpful resources as well as a book from one of our speakers!

  • A 20-minute talk from InnerDrive and an 80-minute talk from Daisy Christodoulou, followed by a live Q&A.


15th February Only ticket – £249 + VAT + Eventbrite fees

  • Access to the Teaching & Learning Summit on 15th February only.
  • Eight talks from experts (full list of speakers below).
  • Refreshments and lunch included, offering a unique opportunity to network with other evidence-informed educators.
  • A goodie bag including a book from one of our speakers.
  • Access to the recordings of the 15th February talks for one month, for your school's whole staff to enjoy. Recordings will be available around 4 weeks after the event.


Premium ticket - Both days – £299 + VAT + Eventbrite fees

  • All perks from both the 14th February and 15th February tickets.


Recordings Only ticket – £75 + VAT + Eventbrite fees

  • Access to the recordings of the 15th February talks for one month, for your school's whole staff to enjoy. Recordings will be available around 4 weeks after the event.
  • Please note that this ticket does not give you access to the in-person event.



Subsidised tickets are available for educators from schools that would find the full ticket price challenging to meet. Please email us at [email protected] to apply for a subsidised ticket.

The vast majority of the talks will be available as recordings, however some may not be.

Please note that all ticket sales will close at 5pm GMT on Wednesday 12th February 2025.

Our 2025 speakers

Gary Aubin

Gary is Director of Send Matters and the author of The Lone SENDCO, a handbook of 300 questions and answers for busy SENDCOs. He works as the Education Endowment Foundation's Associate for SEND, and has recently joined Whole Education where he works to support MAT SEND Leads and SENDCOs across the country. Gary also writes postgraduate SEND content for the National Institute of Teaching and Real Training.

Bradley Busch

Bradley is one of the leading experts on how psychological research can help teachers and students improve how they learn, think and perform. A director of InnerDrive, he is also the co-author of Teaching & Learning Illuminated: The Big Ideas, Illustrated and The Science of Learning: 99 Studies That Every Teacher Needs to Know.

Daisy Christodoulou

Daisy is the Director of Education at No More Marking, a provider of online Comparative Judgement software designed to reliably and quickly assess essays. She has written numerous books about education, including the widely praised Seven Myths About Education. Prior to joining No More Marking, Daisy worked as Head of Assessment at Ark Schools and as an English teacher in a London secondary school.

Blake Harvard

Blake teaches AP Psychology at James Clemens High School in Alabama, USA. He writes about the application of Cognitive Psychology in the classroom to improve learning outcomes at his website, The Effortful Educator. Blake has also worked with the National Center for Education Research, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, ISTE, COGx, and Deans for Impact in an advisory role.

Dr Iro Konstantinou

Iro is the Head of Research and Impact at the Tony Little Centre for Innovation and Research in Learning. She is also a research fellow at Neuroscience for Education, is the manager of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership initiatives, and edits the Eton Journal for Research and Innovation in Education.

Laura McInerney

Laura is an educational journalist, co-founder of Teacher Tapp, and a renowned speaker. She has been a columnist for The Guardian's Schools Week since 2013 and has contributed to numerous other publications and radio broadcasts. Laura is also author of books including The Leadership Factor and The Six Predictable Failures of Free Schools, and has delivered keynotes at major education events.

Jonnie Noakes

Jonnie is Director of Teaching and Learning at Eton and the Director of The Tony Little CIRL. An expert in character education, he is also a director of Neuroscience for Education and an editorial board member of the Chartered College of Teaching’s journal Impact.

Sufian Sadiq

Sufian is the Director of Talent and Teaching School at Chiltern Learning Trust, one of the largest providers of CPD to the education sector. He is a Fellow and Board Member of the Chartered College of Teaching, as well as a Fellow for the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors. Sufian also plays an active role in many local charities and educational organisations, dedicating his time to empowering young people and inspiring them to dream big.

Jennifer Webb

Jennifer is Trust Director of English and Literacy at Carlton Academy Trust and founder of The Literacy Community. The curator of The Reading List Project and the Amplify blog, she hosts a regular online CPD programme and is chair of Trustees for the Maternity Teacher Paternity Teacher Project. She has written a number of best-selling books for teachers, including The Metacognition Handbook and Essential Grammar.

The Teaching & Learning Summit will take place at:

Signposted parking is available. If you are attending via public transport, Slough station is a 10-minute taxi ride away, and both Windsor & Eton Riverside and Windsor & Eton Central stations are a 10-minute walk away.

Each talk on 15th February will last 20 minutes, followed by a live Q&A with the speaker.

Please note that we will not be streaming the Teaching & Learning Summit live. We will however be recording the vast majority of the talks on 15th February, which you can watch with a 15th February Only ticket, Premium ticket or Recordings Only ticket. We will not be recording the 14th February talk.
