Something legendary is about to happen at Molám.
For the very first time, Chef David Thompson, the man who taught the world to taste Thailand, is coming to Poland.
The chef, restaurateur and author has spent over three decades exploring the flavours, culture and spirit of the country. His London restaurant Nahm became the first Thai restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin star, and his books 'Thai Food' and 'Thai Street Food' are widely considered the bibles of Thai cuisine. In 2016, he received the Diners Club® Lifetime Achievement Award for Asia.
Joining him in Kraków is Chef 'Pae' Patipan Jipromma, Head Chef of Thompson's Michelin-starred Aksorn in Bangkok, a restaurant bringing forgotten Thai recipes from the 1940s-70s back to life. Together, they’ll create a 9-course menu inspired by the vibrant Bangkok - a journey through its cookshops, street markets and palace kitchens.
“Thai food isn’t about recipes, it’s about chasing tastes,” says Thompson. “And at the heart of it all is joy - what we call sunuk - to have fun while you cook and eat”
Expect flavours that sing, stories that travel, and a night that feels like Bangkok right here in the heart of Kraków.

Seatings: Seating time is 120 minutes. Seatings start at 6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM, and at 9 PM on Friday only

Ma Hor : Royal Thai appetiser - pineapple and mandarin slices with minced prawns and chicken simmered in palm sugar with deep fried shallots, garlic and peanuts
Som Moo: Naem [ sour fermented pork ] fried in panko bread crumbs
Kai Parlow: Thai-Chinese Five spice braised eggs
Mains:
Plaa Pike Dtom KrachaiI: Pike poached with wild ginger and celery
Yam Bai Bua Bok: Asian pennywort salad with grilled langoustines, charred chillies and crunchy pork
Gaeng Keow Wan: Green curry of pheasant with pea eggplants baby corn, and coconut meat
Pad Hed: Stir fried wild mushrooms with cured bean curd sauce
Neua Yang Nahm Plaa Makreuatet Pao: Grilled venison with a smoky roasted-tomato fish-sauce dressing
Desserts:
Grilled sticky rice with caramelised bananas
Geng Buat Kanum Lamai: Young jackfruit and longan fruits in monk-style coconut milk curry

Due to the nature of the menu, we are unable to offer vegan or vegetarian versions of the dishes, as in addition to various meat proteins they also contain fish sauce, oyster sauce, and shrimp paste.
