You and your partner are welcomed to a deep dive into the realms of polarity.
Let yourself be immersed in an evening of connecting with each other in ways that allow you to open into more authenticity together. You will be guided through different exercises and practices of polarity that invite you to deepen into presence together and explore flavours of leading and surrendering, holding and being held.
How can we deepen into polarity and play with the different flavours of holding and being held, dominating and submitting, leading and surrendering?

You will receive tools on how to consciously deepen your presence and play with polarity in your couple.
You will be guided through different exercises that involve breath, touch and movement.

This evening is for all couples who want to strengthen their intimate connection regardless if you have been together for years or have recently met. This evening you will be guided into meeting each other on a deeper level, tapping out of doing - into sensing and feeling. You can lean into a facilitated space where your bodies are invited to speak and you can move beyond your habitual patterns of relating.

With more than six years of experience working with groups, couples and 1:1 clients in the field of tantra, pleasure, trauma, and sexuality, Fie leads from her embodied full-range humanness to create spaces where you can explore your raw, authentic expression.
Fie has a deep passion for brining more tantric understanding into the relational field and create safe and transformative spaces for couples to explore and expand their capacity for aliveness, pleasure, and connection.
