The Tamara Shumaker Legacy Brunch is an annual spring brunch & tea party created to celebrate the life of Tamara Shumaker by carrying her passions forward - turning love, service, and community into lasting good.
This event honors who Tamara was and the values she lived by: caring deeply for others, supporting women and families, and serving through her work as a nurse. Each year, we gather not only to remember her, but to activate her legacy in meaningful, tangible ways.

💗 Community Impact:
All attendees are asked to bring one item from the baby shower wish list benefiting the new moms of Gifted Grace, reflecting Tamara’s heart for supporting families during life’s most vulnerable moments.
🎓 Scholarship Awards:
In honor of Tamara’s nursing career, 2–3 nursing students will each receive a $1,000 scholarship, funded entirely by event proceeds investing in the next generation of caregivers.
This brunch is more than a gathering. It’s a commitment to ensure Tamara’s passions continue to serve, uplift, and inspire for years to come.
