The Swimmer Copenhagen is back this Spring with a social run-dip through the city. If you like running, swimming or dipping in the harbour and meeting new people, this is the event to join. Copenwater invites you to come along and celebrate our beautiful city and the access to clean water.
Join us on Saturday 10th May from 08.00 - 11.00.
Start location is at Social Brew, end location will most likely be at Reffen.
Together, we will run through the urban jungle to beautiful spots along the Copenhagen harbour. On the 8km route we have 3-4 stops where you'll have a chance to take a dip, before the journey continues through the city.
The motto for The Swimmer is enjoyment not endurance, we take the finest route not the fastest. Smile, breathe and go slowly. So everyone can join.
“The Swimmer” is inspired by “The Swimmer London” arranged by our friends in the UK, Above Below https://www.abovebelow.sc/, and will take place in Copenhagen for the second time.
There will be snacks and hot drinks on the way and we will end with breakfast, dip and a warm sauna! What better way to start your weekend, in good company and moving your body.
