Join us for The Sweat Social — a fun and energizing event for singles who love staying active and connecting in real life. We’re combining good vibes, movement, and meaningful mingling all in one Saturday.
Here’s the flow:
- 30 minutes of yoga to ground and energize
- 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training to boost your heart rate
- Coffee and socializing post-class with a room full of like-minded singles

What your ticket includes:
- A 1-hour workout experience (yoga + HIIT) - a yoga mat will be provided**
