The Swan Sessions | Warwick are relaxed, small-scale performances featuring between three and eight of the orchestra’s principal players, offering a mix of the timeless and the unexpected, from 14th-century street tunes and J.S. Bach to David Bowie, Vivaldi, Erik Satie and Radiohead.
The series opens with Shifting Light on Thursday 19 February at 7pm, tracing a musical journey through the changing moods of the year, with Vivaldi’s Four Seasons forming the framework of the programme, and including music by Tchaikovsky, Boccherini, Yann Tiersen, Sigur Rós, Fleetwood Mac, and more.
Each concert is 1 hour 20 mins without an interval - after the concert you're invited to join the musicians for an informal chat.
