This peer support gathering is designed to hold a safe space for individuals who are hoping to improve their workplace wellness or chat with others who understand what it means to live life as a super feeler the struggles they face at work.

We will hold space to share stories, learning DBT skills, or something else! We'll build it based on who attends and what they want.
