“The Sunspots” is a music project started in 2024, consisting of Jack Byron on Lead vocals/rhythm guitar and Matt Glista on harmonies and lead guitar, “The Sunspots” is a show you don’t wanna miss!For the past few years, Jack has been an independent artist, playing shows around Chicagoland as well as Nashville and the surrounding areas. For the past 2 1/2 years he was living in Nashville writing songs, playing, releasing music and honing his craft.
Matt has been playing in various projects as well as self producing and releasing his own songs under the name “Mista Glista” for the past 20 years.
Now Jack and Matt are playing shows together as “The Sunspots,” a project focusing on indie/pop/rock and original tunes :)
