A simulated sprint distance group workout on the ROC Tri course and features:- Open-water swim on a buoy-lined course that parallels shoreline
- Bike course on a smooth pavement
- Secured transition area with bike racks
- A beautiful stroll down the shoreline
MAY: RBR Format - Run 1-mile, Bike 10-miles (2 loops), Run 3.1-miles (5k).
JUN-AUG: SBR Format - Open-Water Swim (0.5 miles), Bike 10-miles (2 loops), Run 3.1-mile (5k).
NOTE: This workout is modified to the SBR format once the water temp climbs above 60 degrees. All workouts subject change, delay, or cancellation based on weather and water conditions.

BEGINNERS WELCOME: It's a workout, not a race and this is the perfect setting to train. If you're new to the club, sport, or the workout, please identify yourself at check-in and a coach or an experienced RAT will assist you. Not comfortable with a part of the workout? No worries, You do You and whatever bike or gear you have is just fine. So whether you're fast, slow, or somewhere in between....you belong!
