Seán Yap Sei-Been Devlin (叶 世民) is a Canadian comedian and writer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is most noted for his 2018 film When the Storm Fades, and his 2021 Juno Award nominated comedy album Airports, Animals. His second feature film, Asog, debuted at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival and won the Grand Jury Prize for Screenwriting, International Narrative Feature at the 2023 Outfest.
