As the vibrant energy of summer winds down, ease into a softer way of being with practices that inspire slowing down and relaxing into the present moment.
Featuring gentle movement, stillness, meditation and sound, this series gives the opportunity for us to gather together and find our chill as we approach the end of the summer season.
Aug. 7th | Listen to Your Heart: Slow Heart Opening Flow
We’ll take time to ground ourselves in order to free the heart space to talk, and give it the space and love to truly hear. Guided by Rashida Edmonson.
Aug. 14th | Free Your Mind: Gentle Sound Bath Meditation
In this session, we will use the healing power of sound to allow our thoughts to flow freely, release tension, and find moments of ease and stillness. No meditation experience needed. Guided by Jess Gray.
Aug. 21st | Unwind & Release: Slow Twisting Flow
In this session, we’ll move through a series of spinal rotations to wring out stagnant energy, promote relaxation, and restore our natural range-of-motion. Guided by Bria Hamlet.
