Info: Makaia Gatson is the owner and director of Graceful Soles Dance Studio and a lifelong dancer and performer. With a diverse background in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and African dance, she brings over 20 years of teaching experience to every class. Her passion for sharing the joy of movement is matched by her formal training, including a B.S. in Business Administration and advanced studies at Dance Masters of America. Her line dance classes are joyful and uplifting. Get ready to have fun, feel confident, and move with grace!

Info: Meet Coach Kashundra “Shun” Foreman, founder of Sisters Breaking the Bonds of Sugar and powerhouse advocate for holistic health and justice. After two decades as a nurse and advanced studies in human rights, Shun uncovered the hidden truth about sugar’s role in Black American communities—its history, its impact, and its grip on our health today.
