About this Event
As a society, we’re kind of rusty talking about the thing we all have in common, we all will die someday.
Often, we don’t know where to go, or how to process the emotions that can arise from considering death, which can lead to reluctance to making plans for it. These complex emotions can make planning one’s Legacy difficult.
It’s for that reason that the Cleveland Death Society exists: so that we can take strides at practicing, normalizing, and exploring Death together.
The Subjective Art of Grief 2 is a second opportunity to gather and delve into topics that impact each and every one of us as we endeavor to navigate living, and dying. We understand that talking about death can be tender. We encourage you to show up and participate at your comfort level. Well meet you where you’re at.
So, come curious, lean in, and meet others in your community looking to have meaningful conversations on topics that impact our eventual death. Show up solo, bring a friend, your significant other, neighbor or family member. It’s a time to hear what others are thinking about and to share perspectives. Well start with an icebreaker question and see where that conversation takes us!
