On the fourth Friday of every month, THE STUPID GOOD COMEDY SHOW hits the boards at The Social Capital Theatre with stoooopid-good improv by four mid-level primates known as The Coincidence Men.

Our next show, "Now What?", will be on Fri Jan 28, 2022 @ 8 PM (doors @ 7:30) at The Social Capital Theatre, and features THE COINCIDENCE MEN (Kerry Griffin, Ralph MacLeod, Gord Oxley, and Marcel St. Pierre) with awesome guests!

The Coincidence Men are an improv troupe based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We do stupid good. Like a room full of Alan Aldas. "Serious comedic heavyweights" (Toronto Star) "NNNN" (Now Magazine) "Pure confidence... surefire comedy" (Mooney on Theatre )

About The Venue:

The Social Capital Theatre is on the second floor of 154 Danforth Avenue (just east of Broadview Avenue and Broadview TTC station). Unfortunately, this venue is not wheelchair-accessible.

The Social Capital Theatre is committed to protecting all their patrons and staff by adhering to rigorous hygiene and safety policies. We are currently operating at full capacity, but in keeping with current safety protocols, we require all performers and patrons to show second- or full-vaccination proof with photo I.D. upon arrival at our venue. If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

No employee is allowed to work if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness. Staff are required to be masked at all times while in the building.

All contact surfaces in the bar and washroom areas are sanitized before, after and frequently throughout each show. All guest tables are sanitized before and after each show.

The Social Capital Theatre reserves the right to request contact tracing info and/or proof of vaccination in compliance with current government recommendations. The Social Capital theatre reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone found to be noncompliant with our safety policy.

We are working hard to get this right, and there are things you can do to help!

We request that all guests remain masked while moving around the theatre and only remove masks while seated at their table.

We request that guests follow social distancing markings while lining up for admission and drinks, and that they promptly return to their table after receiving their drink order, so we can keep the bar area clear and the line moving safely.

We ask that guests remain masked and socially distanced while socializing with other patrons that are not in their initial party.

Finally, we ask that you please be patient with us. Due to social distancing, you may experience longer than normal wait times for admission as well as when lining up for drink service. This may also lead to delayed show start times, or a longer than average intermission.
