✔ Squats: 20kg Rogue Ohio Power Bar + Combo Rack
✔ Bench: 20kg Rogue Ohio Power Bar + Valhalla Bench
✔ Deadlifts: 20kg Texas Deadlift Bar
✔ 3 attempts per lift – choose your own weights!
👕 Attire – What to Wear
✅ T-shirt or singlet (no jumpers)
✅ Shorts, leggings, or tights (no loose pants)
✅ Long socks or tights for deadlifts – MANDATORY
