A 4-week reformer series designed to support safe, informed, and intentional movement for every body.This series is led collaboratively by Dr. Brett Kenny, Chiropractor with a clinical focus in injury rehabilitation and recovery, and Portia, owner of The Portal and an advanced Reformer Pilates instructor. Together, they bridge the gap between rehabilitation and strength so you can move with confidence again.
This series is suitable for all levels and ideal for those navigating injuries, post-surgery recovery, mobility limitations, or returning to movement after time away. The focus is education, alignment, and building trust in how you move — not pushing past your limits.

Week 1: Neck, shoulders & upper back
Posture, tension patterns, mobility, and upper-body support
Week 2: Core, mid-back & pelvic stability
Foundational strength, spinal support, and control
