Do we wear costumes?

• YES! We encourage all of our guests to dress up as there will be photos, and a costume parade!

How long will we need to be there?

• The event is 2 hours long, we suggest arriving early to use the restroom and check in with your ticket so that when we start the show you are inside and don't miss a thing!

Do grown ups need tickets?

• Yes, all guests will need a ticket however, babies under 12months are allowed entry free with a paid adult ticket!

What if I need to cancel?

• We are sorry, but tickets are non-refundable.

Will there be food and drinks?

• No, this is not a catered event. We only will be handing out candy treats! We suggest having a good lunch before attending, and bringing a snack if that time of day is typical snack time for your kiddo!

Where do we put our things?

• The Storybook Forest is not responsible for any personal belongings. Please keep your items with you or within sight at your chair or bench during the event.

Can I drop off my children?

• No, parents and adults must remain in the venue with their children at all times. Performers and staff are not caretakers.

Will there be photos/ videos?

• Your entry and presence at the event constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.

• Guest health and safety remain a top priority for The Storybook Forest and our venue partners. Please monitor the city, state, and venue policies, including health and safety protocols, which are subject to change.

Our fairytale characters have been based on stories that have been told throughout the centuries and, therefore, have been out of copyright and in the public domain. While our characters have been modeled after some of the most popular tellings and renditions of these fairytales, they are not affiliated with any theme park or company. Our characters are unique to us. Any resemblance you may see is simply incidental. We will only serve clients who respect this notice.
