This 5-week series (Wednesdays from 1:30-4:30 pm until October 30) is designed for writers of personal stories. It aims to inspire and motivate new and seasoned writers, focusing on personal growth through professional and supportive feedback. This workshop environment will nurture creativity, bolster confidence, and encourage the development of writing skills and techniques.This is more than just a writing workshop; it’s a journey towards finding one’s voice in the vast world of personal storytelling. With professional guidance, supportive feedback, and a community of like-minded individuals, participants can unlock their creative potential and embark on a path of continuous growth and discovery in writing.

About the Facilitator:
Trevor Martens has 16 years of teaching experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge in guiding and nurturing new and seasoned writers. His approach is centered around creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for writers to explore and grow. In addition, he has been a developmental/substantive editor for the past 6 years and has been consistently teaching workshops in Winnipeg, the Niverville area, as well as online, for the past year and a half.
