Mr. Kotch has served as a research analyst with the Arizona House of Representatives' Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee, and is certified as a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) specialist via the University of Houston Law Center. He has a Juris Doctor degree with an emphasis in Tax and Environmental Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Ken is married, has two sons and resides in Dallas, Tx.
