This workshop is a guided journey to connect with all aspects and parts of yourself.
To feel into your heart-mind and the truth it holds. Identifying any false believes, which are deeply embedded in the stories we tell ourselves.
Through the power of heart-opening cacao medicine & Blue Lotus, using clay and sensory touch, you will have the opportunity to shape a new reality and replace the false believes with heart wisdom.
This is an invitation to let go of any ‘performance pressure’ and the urge to achieve an ‘outcome‘. Working with clay is grounding & calms the nervous system.This workshop is an opportunity to explore the clay with childlike curiosity without expectation or judgement.
$65 per person (all materials and tools are provided, includes cacao ceremony)
