Join us for an intimate, heart-centered mandala gathering created as a preparation for the Winter Solstice.
You are invited into a sacred pause... a space — to breathe — to return to the still point within.
A moment just before the Sun turns, when the world holds its breath and the unseen speaks most clearly. A space between darkness and return, where time softens and the soul remembers.
Together, we will honor the energetic reset of the season through a gentle yet powerful three-phase experience:
• Sacred breath and silence, honoring the cosmic reset as we build a nature mandala
• A body-led reflection, expressed through a word, feeling, or color placed into the mandala
• Candlelight intention, welcoming the first stirrings of the returning sun
This is an invitation to the ancient knowing within the body, the Earth, and the unseen realms.
It is a remembrance.
A soft listening.
A seeding of what is ready to grow as the light increases.
Sound, sacred geometry, presence, and intuitive energy will guide us as we listen to what is ready to be planted in the dark — and nourished as the light grows. This is an invitation to the ancient knowing within the body, the Earth, and the unseen realms.
