Using The S.T.E.A.D.Y Parent Method™, this small-group workshop offers a more therapeutic, attachment-informed approach to understanding behaviour, emotions, and family dynamics.
Rather than focusing on punishments, rewards, or “perfect parenting”, we’ll explore what may be happening underneath behaviour — including stress, emotional overwhelm, nervous system responses, and relational patterns within the family.
This is a practical, supportive workshop designed to help parenting feel calmer, clearer, and more manageable long term.
