This event is going to be a Q&A seminar with guest panelists. It will also be the opening ceremony for a gallery exhibit, showcasing local Black Female artwork. This is designed to shed light on the struggles and successes Black Women have in the art/creative world. Also to express the importance of appreciation of Black Women in this field. This event is the first of a 4 part Black History Month series sponsored by the YWCA.
