Unity Spiritual Center of Woodstock is thrilled to invite you The Spiritual Shelf: A Spiritual Book Study, a transformative monthly gathering where we will explore powerful spiritual texts that elevate our love and vibration. Each month, we'll dive into a new book, engaging in meaningful discussions, learning from diverse perspectives, and exploring new ways of thinking.
This month, we will be delving into "A Thousand Names for Joy," by Katie Byron and Stephen Mitchell. Stephen Mitchell–the renowned translator of the Tao Te Ching–selected provocative excerpts from that ancient text as a stimulus for Katie to talk about the most essential issues that face us all: life and death, good and evil, love, work, and fulfillment. With her stories of total ease in all circumstances, Katie does more than describe the awakened mind; she lets you see it, feel it, in action.
