Caper Clowns were named best live act of 2020, one of four awards given at Odense Live Prisen, one of the biggest award shows in Denmark outside of Copenhagen.
Caper Clowns have played over 400 gigs, including support gigs for bands like The Crookes (UK) and Level 42 (UK).
Caper Clowns have released three albums: Abdicate The Throne (2021), A Salty Taste To The Lake (2018) and The Buca Bus (2016).

Originally formed in 1983, the band have had great multiple members, but the Co founder Gary Jewess and the line up now have also played together since the 1980's onwards through the decades. Pure melodic pop, indie music with a great 60's vibe intertwined, lots of twists and turns, fresh, punchy and all original song writing by the founder member Gary Jewess.
Fast Cars
The band were formed in 1978 by brothers Stuart & Steven Murray who are both still in the band.
They released "The kids just wanna dance" in 1979 which is now rated as a classic powerpop song from the era.
They split in 1980 and reformed in 2001.
Since then they have released 5 more singles and 4 albums. They played with The Jam, Buzzcocks, XTC, Rezellos, The Chords etc back in the day and more recently with Toyah, Purple Hearts, Long tall shorty and others.
