About this Event
Introducing “The Speaker Series” hosted by a Keely Bouwer & Alex Strever from Barfoot & Thompson Birkenhead. This series will be a monthly event whereby we discuss and explain challenges and opportunities that affect us all within the property market.
For our first speaker series event, we are focusing on understanding the unitary plan and the opportunities it brings. We are very grateful to be have Stephen F. Havill, founder of SFH Consultants, join us for this event. Stephen has been a member of the Planning Institute since 1970, and offers a wealth of experience to clients.
Within this event, we will be discussing all things “unitary plan”. This includes providing advice and guidance on on the process involved in the preparation of resource consents, as well as providing insight on local town planning opportunities and constraints. We will also take questions after the seminar.
