The afternoon will culminate in the Content Pick-Up Party for issue 17.2 "Connect.”

1:15 Welcome and Keynote Presentation: Anthem Salgado
Drawing from his extensive experience empowering artists with entrepreneurial skills, Anthem Salgado will deliver a keynote address exploring how creatives can build sustainable careers. Salgado is a multidisciplinary artist turned business consultant and leadership coach. He will bring unique insight into navigating the portfolio life. His presentation will combine personal stories with practical frameworks, inspiring attendees to embrace both their artistic vision and entrepreneurial potential while addressing the specific challenges and opportunities each faces in their respective practices.

Join us for an illuminating opening panel discussion moderated by arts entrepreneurship expert Anthem Salgado, featuring three distinctive Bay Area artists who have successfully crafted multifaceted creative careers. Emmy Award-winning composer and virtuoso Vân-Ánh Vanessa Võ, Santa Clara County Poet Laureate Tshaka Campbell, and acclaimed illustrator Kristina Micotti will share their journeys navigating the intersection of artistry and entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley's unique landscape.
