The First Sunday of our new month is almost here, and as always, we are looking forward to welcoming all our regulars along with new SoundSpa-ites too.WHEN: 1st Sunday of each month (NOT AUGUST)

TIME: 6pm to 7pm
EXCHANGE: £20 per person - Cash on door preferred.

SETTING UP: Arrive 15 minutes (5:45pm) before the session starts at 6pm, to settle into your space
Over the years of hosting SoundSpa events, Catherine and Cydnei have positively witnessed the 'oxytocin affect' many times, and so we'd love you to stay behind and enjoy our refreshments on offer and also feel into the community connection following the awesomely relaxing SoundSpa experience.
COMFORT IS THE KEY. Suggestions of what to bring:-
One or more Yoga mat/s (the thicker the base layer, the more comfortable you'll be); loose clothing/PJ's; cushions, blankets, socks, eye-masks - AND if lying down is not for you, bring a reclining garden chair: Upright chairs are available on site too
