During this 60-minute sonic healing session, Elizabeth will pour all of her energy into you, while she gently coaxes out what you no longer need to hold space for. We will begin with a personal smudging to cleanse, grounding & breath work. We will move into gentle stretching movements as we bask in the serene sounds of our Koshi chimes, sweet healing sounds of our handmade crystal quartz singing bowls and our other healing instruments. This crystal promotes loving and healing energy, helps release any negative or stagnant emotions, and is the perfect way to release any stress and anxiety. This flow has very minimal movement. Our main focus is our breath work and allowing our minds to be present. All events must be reserved and are non-refundable
