Join us at AAA Vinyl Coffee House & Bar on Cold Bath Road for the second month of The Sound Society— a new series of intimate, behind-the-faders events that bring music to life through the ears of live experience.
And what better way to follow up our first event than by celebrating the music of Alison Moyet, not with a playlist and polite applause, but with her actual live multitrack recordings — remixed in real time, with the stories that never made it past the tour bus door.
Dave Swallow, live sound engineer and tour veteran, will be diving into archived sessions from Alison's shows — sharing how her live sound is built, tweaked, and held together night after night. From desk setup to vocal dynamics, it’s a rare peek into the process.
