A blissful Yoga Yoga class enriched with the healing vibrations of Sound Bowls and the soothing energy of Reiki.What to expect:
Yoga
A combination of Hatha and Yin Yoga releases deep-seated tension, promoting stress relief and relaxation. It increases the flexibility of both muscles and connective tissue, improves mobility and supports circulation. Yin promotes overall vitality and well-being, working wonders to balance your energy.
Sound:
Sound Baths are a beautiful, gentle journey into relaxation, healing and growth. Energy is released and moved effortlessly through the body.
Allow the therapeutic vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments to wash over you and nurture your mind body and soul, release stress and uplift your soul.
Reiki:
Throughout this journey, we will be coming around the room supporting you with the gentle touch of Reiki and placing Tibetan bowls and tuning forks on your body, helping you to achieve a deeper state of relaxation, release blockages and restore the natural flow of energy.
*Please let us know if you have hearing aids, a pacemaker or metal implants so we can adjust accordingly.
**Sound healing is not recommended in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, but after the first trimester, the benefits are numerous, provided both mother and baby are happy and healthy.
***If you are unable to participate in Yin, you are more than welcome to immerse yourself in the Sound & Reiki alone.
What to bring:
Bring a Yoga mat & blanket (to stay warm and comfortable during the meditation/ relaxation at the end of the class)
Bolsters and Blocks are provided. If you do need a mat, please let us know.
