Join us for a transformative day dedicated to silence. Relax and immerse yourself as we guide you through yogic practices of meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement designed to cultivate a silent mind and deep inner stillness.

Event Flow:
Opening Meditation & Silent Grounding (20 minutes)
Begin with a gentle welcome and grounding meditation to help you settle in. Discover the significance of silence in the yogic tradition and learn how and why to practice it. Set your personal intention for the day; small cards with reflective prompts such as 'What are you letting go of?' will be available to guide and deepen your experience."
Silent Vinyasa Flow (45 minutes)
Theme: “Cultivating Silence Through Letting Go.”
Instruction in the art of cultivating silence and space through conscious movement. We’ll begin with an instruction in ujjayi pranayama and continue with a simple standing vinyasa flow.
Excursion to the Crypt of Vor Frue Church (60 minutes)
Embrace silence in the tranquil atmosphere of the crypt, designed to absorb sound and encourage contemplation. Through the methods of conscious walking and effortless meditation, we are making the most of this sacred space.
Silent Tea & Reflection Break (30 minutes)
Pause for warm herbal teas, fresh fruit, and light snacks in quiet reflection. Journals will be provided for you to process your experience, along with optional reflection prompts for personal insight.
Yin Yoga Session (45 minutes)
Theme: “Deepening Stillness.”
Enjoy a slow, restful Yin yoga practice, holding each pose for 3-5 minutes to deepen your release and relaxation. This is a time to go inward, supported by calming music and gentle adjustments if desired.
Closing Reflection & Sharing Circle (40 minutes)
Conclude the day by gathering in a circle. You’ll be invited to share, but the practice is listening and holding space. As a token of this journey, you may choose a small flower or crystal as a memento. Before leaving, feel free to offer feedback at our ‘silent feedback’ station to help us improve.
