Mark your calendar!On October 2, 2025, Awâsisak kâ-nîmîhtocik St. Francis School and the Saskatoon Nutana Rotary Club are hosting The Sound of Reconciliation, a celebration of cultural dance and music.
This fundraising event will merge Indigenous music with Saskatoon Concert Band music. It will feature Indigenous art, artists and traditional dancers in the cultural showcase. The entire program will be delivered in the Cree language and a translation will be provided.
The funds raised through this event are part of the Rotary Club’s commitment to support the school’s cultural education program by helping to meet costs relating to music and dance instruction and performance that are not covered through provincial education funding.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m for non-alcoholic beverages and appetizers plus a preview of the silent auction items.
