About this Event

On November 5th, 'The Sound Healing Symphony' is flying out from San Francisco to New York for a peaceful, harmonious convergence.

This experience brings you to your deepest meditative state, and brings us all closer together as a community. We're honored to partner with the gorgeous St. Bart's Church— an inclusive cultural beacon in NYC.

----

Our soothing ensemble is a convergence of some of the west coast’s best meditative musicians. We’re coming together in harmony to elucidate your deepest state of clarity, soothe away your worries, and bring you closer to your heart.

Led by Guy Douglas, and featuring an array of amazing & talented musicians on gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, Didgeridoo, Celtic Harp, Monochord, Vibraphone and so much more.

Huge thank you to The Conduit Center for working with us, sharing your instruments and making this event possible.

Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.

During the event, participants lie down and are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.

You will come away with a clear mind, and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try 🙂.

Sound Meditation Presents promotes the ancient healing practice of sound work as a way to affect physical health and conscious awareness.

----

**all guests are asked to arrive fifteen minutes before the show**

You can wear anything that's comfortable. Bring a bottle of water because that's always a good idea.

We recommend bringing:

- a yoga mat

- (optional) a pillow

- (optional) a blanket or two.

Our events do get full, and we do encourage people to get close to one another. That being said, you're always free to claim more personal space 🙂
