Audey is a Reiki master and in this Sound Bath will be combining Reiki with the resonant vibrations of sound healing using the crystal alchemy bowls to deepen your meditative state. Reiki is a beautiful powerful form of energy work that promotes relaxation and well-being. In this session we will be using Reiki energy to release and unblock any energy that is not your energy to hold.
It is the perfect Sound Bath to bring your journal and write down any manifestations and intentions that come through for you during the Sound Bath experience.
