The Holy City of Hindu, Varanasi is a heavy weight experience for every traveler. This place represents the cultural center of Hinduism and attracts all kind of religious devotees to clear their sins in the holy waters of Ganga.https://vimeo.com/209331424
This trip is designed to take a proper sneak peak of Varanasi, medieval character and unique character of the old city, inhabitants and the famous spirituality. With a help of our local friends we will visit the most interesting ghats, sneak through the corners, rooftops and view points to observe the religious celebrations. They will also explain to us rules and traditions, often several thousand years old. Just perfect trip if you're a photographer, looking for unusual ateliers.

DAY 1 // Friday
Meeting in Sharjah Airport at 1300hrs for a direct flight at 1435hrs. Arrival in the afternoon, immigration clearance, transfer to hotel, rest. Get ready for evening walk. We will experience Ganga Aarti ceremony, view from the Ghats. Vegetarian restaurant with Ganga view. Local transportation by tuk-tuk
Day 2 // Saturday
Early morning wake up call! Ganga sunrise by boat, walk along the Ghats. Breakfast, walk within the old centre: small colorful alleys, visit to the cremation site, temples, hidden and local places. Lunch at Pizzeria. Visit outside the centre highlights: Muslim Quarter and less known shrines. Ganga Aarti ceremony from the boat at the sunset. Restaurant with live Indian music, walk back to the hotel or by tuk-tuk. Back at hotel at 10 pm.
DAY 3 // Sunday
Visit the village on the opposite side of Ganga river. In the morning we will indulge once again in a street life to uncover new secrets. Shortly after, we will cross the river and experience absolute contrast of the bustling city, a laid back and clean village. The difference is massive, its hard too believe its neighboring Varanasi. Back in Sharjah on Monday, 0140hrs

Activities: walking, boating, sightseeing.
Duration: Weekend
