The Soul Circle: Sacral Chakra

We will take a journey to deep inner space in order to connect with our souls, soul family and the spiritual dimensions of ourselves. The Soul Circle is a gathering of souls that join forces to collectively learn, teach and experience the liberating effects of soul care, chakra education and reclaiming spiritual birthright. No meditation, yoga, spirituality, circle experience require. All are welcome. ❤️

We will first get in touch with out bodies via Sacral yoga. Then we will take a meditation journey to connect with our Sacral Chakra. We will explore the themes related to this energy center including connecting to our creativity, and manifesting abilities. We will end our evening with Family Constellation work! Greetings! My name is Mariya (pronounced like Mariah) and I am the founder of Noble Indigos and a certified Family Constellations facilitator. Family Constellation work discloses the deeper forces that unknowingly influence our thoughts, behaviors and emotional experiences across multiple generations. During Family Constellation work, a model of the family system is created to reveal and transform hidden patterns that are difficult to understand and change. Family Constellations are a way of working in the present moment to resolve past trauma that is effecting our future success. This month our Family Constellation work will focus on reconnecting us to our roots and / or Ancestral lands, helping clients discover and address patterns and conflicts keeping them separated from internal harmnoy.

Asana (Physical poses) has been my anchor, grounding me in times of turbulence and lifting me higher in moments of joy. It's through the physical postures of yoga that I've learned to find stillness in meditation and harness the transformative power of the breath through pranayama, nurturing a life of ease and balance.

My journey from practitioner to teacher has been a natural evolution fueled by a passion for sharing the gifts of yoga with others. In my classes, you'll find a blend of love, humor, and lightness. I cherish crafting creative, dynamic, and accessible flows that invite students to explore their bodies and minds with curiosity and compassion. But above all, my mission is simple: to create a space where every individual feels welcomed, cherished, and accepted exactly as they are.

I will lead a guided meditation using deep-relaxation and visualization to strengthen intuition, relational trust, and boundary work. I will facilitate an inner-journey through the womb-portal, a direct access to Source. Explore what is true in the experience of the center of creativity, tapping into what needs attention. The spiritual womb-portal is available to all humans regardless of gender; it can be known as Womb, Hara, or womb-space.
