On Sunday 1st March 2026, Bomba hosts a special evening dedicated to the music of Nick Drake - one of Britain’s most influential and quietly powerful songwriters.
Nick Drake’s work, recorded between 1969 and 1972, has become timeless. His songs are defined by their emotional restraint, intricate guitar work and lyrical depth, influencing generations of artists across folk, rock and beyond. Though his life was short, his catalogue remains one of the most respected bodies of work in British music.
Keith James is widely regarded as the foremost interpreter of Nick Drake’s music. A long-standing friend of the Drake estate, Keith has spent decades performing these songs with exceptional care, accuracy and understanding, earning praise from Nick Drake’s sister Gabrielle Drake and audiences across the UK and Europe.
