The Soma+IQ™ | NeuroReset Session focuses on restoring balance in your body’s nervous system, shifting you from stress and overstimulation into a grounded state of clarity and inner steadiness. Using somatic breathwork techniques paired with stimulating brain wave frequencies, we gently guide the body to regulate itself and release what it’s been holding.
